He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Education with a specialization in Urban and Diverse Learners.

Currently serving as the Workforce Education Specialist for the Chamber Foundation, a 501c3 organization affiliated with the Huntsville/Madison Chamber of Commerce in Huntsville, Alabama, Kent is dedicated to empowering students, educators, and administrators to shape the workforce of the future. In this role, he provides invaluable resources and insights to ensure that the community is prepared for the ongoing growth and change in Huntsville.
